Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 Sep 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trackora, a shipment tracking and delivery-notification platform operated by Trackora. By creating an account or using Trackora, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Trackora lets e-commerce sellers track shipments across multiple couriers, notify their customers by email and WhatsApp, generate a branded public tracking page, and access analytics on delivery performance. Some features (AI-generated summaries, chat, and explanations) are powered by third-party AI models and are provided on a best-effort basis.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, in INR, plus applicable GST.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; by subscribing you also agree to Razorpay's terms for the payment method you use.
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Trackora for any unlawful purpose, or to send unsolicited or misleading messages to end-customers.
- Attempt to access another account or tenant's data without authorization.
- Resell or sub-license access to Trackora without our written consent.
- Abuse the API, webhooks, or WhatsApp/AI features in a way that degrades the service for other users.
5. Third-Party Data & Accuracy
Tracking status is sourced from courier partners' own systems. We do our best to keep this accurate and up to date, but we don't control courier data and can't guarantee its completeness or timeliness. AI-generated content (insights, explanations, chat replies) is provided for convenience and should not be treated as a guarantee or binding commitment on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
Trackora and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the shipment and customer data you upload or connect to your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trackora is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or errors originating from courier partners, WhatsApp/Meta, or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Shipment and account data may be deleted after a reasonable period following termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Trackora is registered.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trackora after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
